  1. That's the beauty of autobiographical comics: they're all equally valid because everyone's personal story is valid. Keep up the great work!

  2. Thanks Matt! You should get back to your comics, too!

  3. I know, right? I'm a terrible comics blogger. I'm just too busy and streaky to stick with daily strips. Don't worry, though, I'm still drawing and I might have some stuff to show off soon. Thanks!

  4. You can't compare yourself, there's room for everyone! And it doesn't mean your comics aren't good, you have silly comics, and serious comics and I love them!

  5. I always panic about this. BUT people do like diary comics :D It's the reason why you've made so many friends online and who draw and read them too! :D We celebrate the documentation of the everyday and precious moments and experiences that make us all different and the people we are today :) You're wonderful xxxx

  6. You know, diary comics and contributions to society are not mutually exclusive. You could do like the lady behind Kate or Die, for example, and make the occasional comic about important issues that concern you in your everyday life, like she does with biphobia and feminism. You could try something about what it's like to belong to an ethnic minority? Or prejudice against people with unusual hair colours?
