That's awesome. I own a house (well, technically, the bank does for another 25 years or so) and I still fantasize about having a proper studio. I know just how I'd arrange it :D
Awesome! Your own personal studio space is the BEST! Someday I hope to have my own space too! Hopefully with windows. Right now I draw mostly in my kitchen or in the car.
